Matthew L. Hanna

FOUNDER & CEO

Matthew L. Hanna is an executive advisor with more than three decades of experience advising senior leaders, shaping strategy and navigating consequential decisions across the private sector and some of the most complex environments in government.

His career includes senior leadership in the private sector and senior executive service across federal law enforcement, national security, the intelligence community, White House policy initiatives and the United States Senate. Across those environments, Matthew has shaped strategy and policy, advised senior executives and government leaders, led complex organizations and initiatives, and helped drive decisions with significant organizational, operational and national security consequences.

Those experiences shaped a fundamental belief: leaders rarely lack information or expertise. What they often need is one more perspective.

Matthew founded One More Perspective to provide leaders with an experienced, independent thinking partner outside the organizational hierarchy—someone who can understand the environment, challenge assumptions, ask the questions others may not, and bring clarity to the issues that matter most.
